The Virginia Mortgage Lenders Association offers its members an opportunity to earn designations which increase mortgage banking knowledge and promotes professionalism in the industry. Upcoming Courses

20-Hour Mortgage Loan Originator SAFE Comprehensive
This pre-licensing course is required by the SAFE Act and must be taken before you can register with NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System). Deadline to be registered is July 1, 2010!

It is recommended that you allow yourself approximately 60–90 days to complete the entire process for pre-licensing training/registering with the NMLS. We urge you to sign up for this course right away to avoid missing the July 1st deadline.
