VMLA has members located throughout the Commonwealth who participate in educational seminars, conventions, and political action committee activities.
 The mission of the VMLA is to improve and preserve the mortgage banking industry through sound ethical business practices,member education, legislative awareness, strategic alliances, and embracing technological changes. The Association also promotes home ownership through community involvement, public awareness, and common goals, and serves as liaison for the membership to National MBA, local MBA chapters, and legislators.
